Grand opening, Grand closing! I once heard that it takes courage to begin things. It does. I also heard that it takes courage to end things. It sure does! Since a child, my dream has been to host my own talk show. I dabbled with it for years, and in 2023, I just got serious.
Here we are, nearly 3 years later and approaching 700 episodes! It's been an incredible journey. Life has lifed. Things been up and down. Through it all, even when I didn't want to, I showed up.
We maintained a 4 segment structure, with the 1st segment rotating between a word, a quote, and a phrase of the day. Segments 2-4 remained the same every episode; need to know news of the day, tip of the day, and a build of the day. We talked global issues, national issues, and hyper local issues. We laughed together.…
